How to Use Our New Returns System
Marty the Mish Fish loves new work processes, especially when they make things easier and better. Which leads to an announcement—we’re launching a new returns system! And it is far better than Amazon’s! This has been a looong time coming, people.
Here are the steps to use our new system:
1. Log into your account on our website .
2. Go to “Order History”.
3. Select the invoice with the items you are returning.
4. Click “Details”.
5. Scroll down to “Return Some Items” and click the items you are returning.
6. Accept the returns policy and click “Continue.”
7. When the order pops up, select the quantities you are returning and the reason for the return.
8. The credit amount and fees will appear on the screen. Click “Create return.”
9. Click “Print return documents.” Place packing slip in box and ship back to Mission Imprintables.
10. Look for the credit 3-5 business days from when we receive the product in our warehouse.
