Snap it, Zip it, Hook and Loop it

Snap it, Zip it, Hook and Loop it

This week our goal is to keep it together. Next week is Thanksgiving, and for many of us, it won’t be the typical feast we share with loved ones near and far. Insert big sigh. On a lighter note, we’re also trying to keep our clothes together, as in fastened in place around our bodies. Turns out there are few different ways to do this. Check them out below.

There’s a reason we refer to adorable things as “cute as a button.” Monday was National Button Day, and we love the cute yet rugged look of these Burnside flannels (#8210 and #5210), now in four new color ways!

Get snappy with snaps! We’re all sick of looking at the same old four walls, but rest assured, two things are coming our way: Weather and vaccines! Why not get outside and mix things up in a weather-resistant, snap front windbreaker to enjoy the former while we wait a smidge longer for the latter?

Do you like both flannels and snaps and wish there was a way to combine them a la peanut butter and chocolate? Great news: the Burnside 8219 gives you the best of both!

Tuesday was National Hiking Day, and if you didn’t get a chance to explore a trail yesterday because of that whole work thing, make a plan to get outside this weekend in this zip front bomber by Next Level Apparel. It hikes well and also will take you straight into a post climb cocktail in style. You’ll have earned it.

Tomorrow is National Entrepreneurs Day, and we give all business owners out there a big fat standing ovation for slogging it out during this long, tough season. You inspire us, keep us on our toes, and partner with us to make it out the other side. We are humbled to know you and appreciate your support of our own family owned local biz.

So we’re on the same page, hook and loop used to go by a name that rhymes with Schmelcro. Now it has a new name and lives well on the back of many adjustable hats, such as the Valucap S102.

Another way to hook and loop things is to take an actual, metal hook and attach it to your golf bag or any place you’d like to hang a towel. We stock this finery. Fancy that!

Friday is Universal Children’s Day. Can I hear a collective awww for all the adorable kids out there, stuck in zoom school? Let them spill some ice cream on a Rabbit Skins zip hoodie this Friday. It’s good to have something to celebrate.

Next week we’re talking turkey all week! Get your orders in early because we’re closed on Thursday, November 26th AND Friday, November 27th. Then it will be December, and before you know it, 2021 will arrive and with it a glimpse into a near term, post-Covid future. Soon we can drool on each other again, friends. But until then, mask up and make good choices.
